Located in the financial district of Montevideo, Uruguay’s capital, our law firm was founded in 1996 by Doctors Luis Lapique and Mauricio Santeugini, following their joint graduation from the Catholic University of Uruguay.

Dr. Luis Lapique handles corporate, contractual, business sale, succession planning, and real estate matters, and has extensive experience and intellectual output in these areas.
Dr. Mauricio Santeugini is in charge of labor advisory services, individual and collective conflicts, and is the partner who handles litigation for our clients.
We are the Ally Law member for Uruguay, which allows us to rely on colleagues worldwide to assist our clients who need transnational legal advice.
