Doctor of Law (UDELAR, 2009).

From 2008 to 2011, she worked as a technical assistant at the Internal Audit Authority (Auditoría Interna de la Nación).

From 2011 to 2012, she was a member of Ferrere Abogados, working in the Litigation Department.

She has been a member of our firm since 2012 and specializes in corporate law and business acquisitions, handling all types of filings before the Internal Audit Authority and drafting corporate and commercial agreements. She has participated in company capitalization processes, real estate projects with various investors, and has been actively involved in all stages of the acquisition of several businesses.

From 2011 to 2016, she served as a teaching assistant in the Commercial Law department at UDELAR.

She is a candidate for the Master’s degree in Commercial Law at UDELAR (thesis pending).

She is co-author of the paper “Consequences of the Failure to Register a Foreign Commercial Company” (Academic Week, Institute of Commercial Law, 2012).
