Born on March 3, 1983, in Montevideo. She graduated from UDELAR with degrees in Law and Notarial Practice.
In 2008, she joined the law and notarial firm “Ferrer, Napoleone & Asociados,” holding the position of Junior Attorney until 2014. She worked in the Civil, Commercial, Administrative, and Family Law departments, gaining experience in civil, insolvency, labor, and administrative matters at both the advisory and contentious levels.
In April 2014, she joined our firm, providing advisory services to clients on labor law matters and handling the various litigations and court proceedings related to labor, administrative, and family law matters.
She specializes in: employment law advisory for businesses and individuals; drafting of employment contracts and agreements modifying employment relationships; drafting of internal collective agreements; payroll and benefits calculations; advisory in individual labor hearings; collective bargaining before the National Labor Directorate of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security at the level of Wage Councils, collective bargaining, and trade unions; organization and logistics in corporate workforce restructuring processes.
